1. Knowledge of industry standard application frameworks, architectures, design patterns and standards.
2. Programming background using .Net, ASP.NET, MS-SQL 2000/2005, .NET Web Service.
3. Knowledge of source control, daily build, unit test.
4. Knowledge of software development lifecycle process.
5. Knowledge of SharePoint Server 2007/2010 will be plus.
6. 1+ years working experience on system development.
