Grounded in a foundation of business knowledge and enterprise management, the department focuses on the integrated application of information technology and management science as its developmental direction. Particular emphasis is placed on strengthening teaching and research in areas such as database management, enterprise computer networks, multimedia application development, e-commerce and digital learning. Simultaneously, the department prioritizes the cultivation of students' technical skills and practical competencies through various forms of experiential learning, such as capstone projects and skill certification training, ensuring they acquire strong abilities in IT management and application. Students are also encouraged to participate in national-level competitions, where they have achieved outstanding results year after year.
The curriculum is flexibly adjusted in response to societal trends and is designed to nurture IT management professionals at all levels who meet the needs of modern enterprises. The department has designated "business intelligence" and "business informatization" as its two primary future development directions, serving as the guiding pillars for both curriculum design and academic research. These educational strategies are developed in alignment with the department’s current context, industry developments in the IT sector and key government policies.
- Master’s Programs - Curriculum
The curriculum focuses on the practical application of AI and IT in business settings. It cultivates students’ ability to address enterprise digitalization challenges and apply learned technologies to promote digital transformation and business innovation. The program is dedicated to developing mid- to high-level IT management professionals who possess both solid theoretical foundations and practical skills, enabling them to help enterprises enhance their value chains and build competitive advantages.
- Undergraduate Division - Curriculum
The curriculum is designed to provide students with a broad and solid foundation in both IT and management. It places particular emphasis on the application of e-commerce, digital learning and other information management-related domains. It also trains students to plan, analyze and make decisions regarding practical issues in information systems and management. The goal is to cultivate talents who possess professional knowledge in both information technology and management science, enabling them to work in planning, developing, managing and evaluating enterprise information systems.
- Junior College Division - Curriculum
The curriculum aims to integrate diverse IT skills with practical management science applications. To strengthen students’ practical learning and application capabilities, it includes training through capstone projects that promote teamwork experience and the integrative application of IT and management science.
